DigiCore CFO wins Compliance and Governance Award

Cobus Grové, CFO of JSE listed DigiCore, supplier of Ctrack vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions to over 50 countries, was presented the Compliance and Governance Award by Mervyn King at CFO South Africa’s gala awards evening on Thursday 14th May 2015. Cobus, also an IFRS specialist, was recognised for his credible work which included the restatement of 2014 accounts. The event was attended by 300 CFOs and prominent business leaders.
